Join veteran runner Julie McGee, PT, DPT, and Women for Tri to learn the basics of track workouts - including how to warm up, common pre-workout drills, track vocab & math (how many laps is a mile?), track etiquette, and everything else you need to get started. Will include a short workout for all ability levels, especially newbie-friendly.
