Please bring your running shoes (and possibly a change of shorts) for a short brick run following the run. Once you return to your car after the ride, change quickly and head out along the side of Canada Road. You should target a 15 minute run, so head out for 7.5 minutes and then turn around.
START LOCATION AND PARKING:
We'll park on the side of Canada Road at its North end, close to where it meets 92.
To get there, head south from San Francisco on 280. Take exit 34 towards Half Moon Bay/92/Bunker Hill Road. As you exit, turn LEFT onto 35/Skyline and, after about a mile, turn LEFT again onto 92. Continue on 92 as it parallels 280 and then turn RIGHT onto Canada Road just before 92 takes you under 280. Park on the side of the road.
WHAT TO BRING:
Helmet, cash, phone, the means to change a flat tire (pump, tube, tire irons), water, nutrition
