Today's workout is a great one if you are racing next weekend at Half Moon Bay or at St George like me :)
Where to meet:
Park/meet along JFK Drive near the North Bathrooms.
Meet at 6:20pm ready to roll at 6:30pm
The polo fields only open at 6:45pm so will just do the warmup up and back down JFK.
If you are late, no worries, just join up on the track.
15 min EZ
Main set :
12 min @ 85%
2 min @ FTP
3 min EZ
Repeat this 2-3 more times or until you can not hold your target watts anymore.
5-10 min EZ
--> Followed by 30' ROTB
What to bring:
Shoes if you want to do a ROTB
Lights for both the front and the back of your bike as it may get dark towards the end of the workout.
