THE SPIN SERIES:
This 10 week training block will get your legs ready for your summer races! This is 60min class in superbly equiped Pelo Fitness Studio. Open to beginners & elite amateur triathletes. This program is constructed to boost your threshold which is paramount in a faster bike split. Our aim is to make you a better cyclist by focusing on strength, stamina, and technique – and along the way you’ll have a lot of fun! Spaces are limited. The only way to secure your slot is to complete payment here. This discounted classes are available ONLY to SF Tri Club members.

NOTE: Pelo Fitness instructor starts at 6:45pm, SFTRI folks will start at 6:35pm to make it 60min. We will still make it fun class! SO, come early by 6:35PM.
Session Times: Thursdays at 6:35 - 7:35PM starting on Thursday May 23rd and ending on Thursday August 1st, 2019.
THE PELO FITNESS:
The computrainer studio is located in Pelo Fitness on Russian Hill (2325 Polk Street). This club features showers, lockers, snacks and awesome speakers.
