Hello SF Tri Runners and Friends,

Welcome to SF Tri 2020 Kick Off Run.

Meeting Location: A Runner's Mind @ 3575 Sacramento St, San Francisco, CA 94118

Rain does not cancel. Run with rain is fun.

Thank you for A Runner's Mind to host our event. We will start our Kick Off Run Event with two route options: 4 Miles and 8 Miles.

Route Options: Both routes will start at the same time.
-- 4 Miles : Turn Sheet (ARM > Presidio Golf Course > Natl Cemetery > SB > Lover's Lane > ARM)

-- 8 Miles : Turn Sheet (ARM > Presidio Golf Course > Natl Cemetery > SB > Aquatic Park > Lover's Lane > ARM)

Self-Sufficiency: water, running cap, nutrition, gels, ID, money, clipper card, emergency contact info, phone, etc.

Safety: phone, map, always aware of your surroundings, no headphones in both ears, share the road, single-file when in a narrow road or in a high traffic area, follow all traffic laws and look for bikes, dogs, human, vehicle, and other hazards when crossing intersections.

Emergency: Call 911

We will be socializing in their back patio after the run. Please bring your favorite snack and beverage to share.
