Peggy will lead us in a virtual dryland swim workout.
Dryland swim workouts include exercises you can do on land (in your house) that help maintain and improve swim technique, strength, and speed.
What you need
SMALL weights (1-3 pounds) or canned goods!
Mat and/or a little space to move around
(Don't worry if you don't have weights or bands or all of the above. Peggy will give different options to work with the various equipment or household items that participants have on hand.)
All club members are welcome. You do not need to be registered for the swim series to join us.
