  • Warm up: 10min easy
  • Drills
  • 2 laps worth of striders
  • Main Set:

3 x 1200m rotate 400m @ 10k, rest at tempo or z3, 400m not easy @ z2

4 x 800 rotate 200m at 5k, rest at 10k, 200m jog @ z1(if this puts you over what you have done past 2 weeks, then cut accordingly!)

1 mile @ 10k steady (group b will not do this!)

  • Cool down: 5 - 10min
