8 - 12 x 800 on 4’,5’ or 6’ (ri can be active or passive, but starting each 800m on that interval)

All at tempo z3, but surge to 10k #3,6,9, 12 or about :20’’ per mile quicker than tempo

Only do 4 - 6 reps for B group and surge to 10k on 3 and 6
