Athletes arrive Friday after 4p (hopefully not too late), and leave Sunday midday. Back by popular demand, last year's caters Angela Blessing and her crew are coming up from Santa Cruz to prepare all of our meals (veggie, vegan, and meat-o-saurus), drinks and refreshments.

Training Weekend Summary Agenda
Friday - Making Camp
• Arrive after 4 pm, get parking pass/catering bracelet from check-in goddess.
• Dinner on your own, socializing by campfires.
Saturday - Swim, Bike, Fun
• Breakfast, lake swim, bike course, lunch, optional sessions, icebreaker, dinner, disco ("elvis" costumes highly encouraged).
Sunday - Run and Break Camp
• Breakfast, run, lunch, camp clean up, and head home.
